I’m sure most will love you, and it’s great that you’ve been testing already. What’s your NPS-score and how do you follow-up with someone who would be slightly less happy?
Don’t tell me you measure the old way? Like “How happy are you with…”?
You have to use NPS – Net Promoter Score, it’s ranked in the top 3 most important overall KPIs for any forward-looking company.
You need to ask the NPS-question: “How likely are you to recommend our services from a scale from 1 to 10”. If you haven't asked it already, we'll even do that in the process for you anyway.
The answer will give you a total score from -100 to plus 100, and this NPS score everyone agrees is the most important to know where your business is really heading.

Oh, but yes, then we do ask the NPS-question, because I recognize that wording. Our board doesn’t care yet, but thanks for the tip. We’re happy we do it right anyway.
So what do you ask your detractors and your promoters?
Our what? And what should we be asking who?
The Detractors are those who answer 1-6 and your Promoters are the ones who answer 9-10.
Yes, we differentiate the answer and say “We’re sorry you’re not happy…” and “We’re happy you’re happy..” to them, and ask if they have any feedback for us.
Then all the feedback is put together for us, so we know what to improve. But honestly, we don’t get many answers, and often comments seem very random, and we don’t know even to what product it relates.
Ok, I hear this a lot. People measure NPS, but without getting responses and not even knowing who thinks what. Then you’ll never get many answers.
Commend-Me will ask the question via e-mail, and it will tell you who thinks what, so you can follow-up with the right people. It will also give you many more answers than other NPS-surveys, around 60-70% instead of the usual 10-15% simply through the way we help you ask and remind them.
Therefore, we’d be able to tell you who was not happy, too, so you can pick up on cases that would otherwise fly under the radar, or ONLY end up as a ⭐ or ⭐⭐ Google Review.
Oh, yeah, we DON’T want more of those!

It’s true you will never get a 100% who will give you your NPS-score to answer follow-ups, but the key here is to know there are TWO categories who’ll love to answer: Your lows 1-2s who will want to tell you what went wrong, AND the highs 9-10.
It is by asking these guys five more questions that is going to give you so many more ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews, and Testimonials!
